Heidi

Heidi looks forward to collaborating with individuals to help them move forward in their lives. She understands how every person is unique and works with a holistic approach considering each person’s life (biological, emotional, social, spiritual and psychological) for the appropriate therapeutic process.

Heidi employs various methods influenced by family systems theory and cognitive behavioural, Narrative, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Heidi is enthusiastic about working with adolescents, as well as with people with anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, family of origin issues, spiritual growth and life transitions.
In her spare time, Heidi likes reading, travelling, and enjoying the outdoors with her family and dog.
