Jerdelle knows that we all experience points in our lives that are challenging. Whether it’s day-to-day stressors or dealing with something large and complex she knows it is important not to navigate life alone.

With compassion and a non-judgmental approach, she offers a safe space to work through life’s challenges. Jerdelle has a passion for working with individuals as they develop the courage to explore their vulnerabilities and journey towards wellness and fulfillment.

Jerdelle’s experiences have allowed her to develop skills in working with depression, anxiety, grief, issues related to sexuality, trauma, interpersonal conflict, emotional regulation, social fears and phobias, self-esteem, suicidal ideation and grief & loss.

Her perspective is holistically client-centred and she has training in a variety of techniques such as: CBT, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Resiliency, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. She does not underestimate the power of trust in the therapeutic relationship and offers an integrated approach to treatment.

Jerdelle acknowledges that it takes great strength and courage to reach out for support. She desires to create a safe environment to journey with her clients on their path to greater wellness.
